The whole block immediately west of the Station is a single large pay-for-parking lot that sometimes hosts special events. Unlike many TRAX stations, Courthouse does not have a Park and Ride lot. Transportation patrons that both enter and exit bus or TRAX service within the Zone can ride at no charge.

Courthouse is the last southbound station within the Free Fare Zone in Downtown Salt Lake City. It is operated by the Utah Transit Authority.

This fare is distance based with a base fare of 2.50 for travel to one station plus 0.60 for each additional station. The Red Line provides service from the University of Utah to the Daybreak community of South Jordan. The fare applies to passengers ages 6-64. The station is located at 450 South Main Street, with the island platform in the median of Main Street. Residents and businesses should expect standard construction noise from equipment and vehicles. Majority of the construction will be during the day, but there will be intermittent night work throughout the project. These utility relocations will result in 3 ADA stalls being relocated to the south of the existing stalls (see map below).įull construction will begin Novemand last for approximately 10 months.
